Our Work/Life services enable your organization to meet their mental health needs and assist with the relational challenges often present in today’s changing workplace. Often viewed as a traditional Employee Assistance Program, Work/Life allows GMC to get to know your company and assist the individual, manager, and work group, as well as the organization at large. The services accomplish this by meeting the needs of each entity with education, one-on-one and group time, coaching for management, and consultation for administration. Work/Life is available either contractually or via a fee-for-service relationship.
Performance Training Workshops
Performance training is available for individuals, groups, committees and teams. Workshops are available in two-hours or half-day blocks.These workshops empower people in the workplace on topics such as:
